论坛新手,想从头学听力,希望给点意见,谢谢!

本人有一定的英语词汇基础,但听力很烂,现想从零开始学习听力,请各位给点意见,先听什么,再听什么,怎样的一个听力顺序比较适合,先谢谢各位!:)
