如何能提高英语听力，请大家指教

英语单词都认识,可是听人家完整的说成句子或者文章的时候,我就听不懂了,有什么方法来提高英语的听说能力吗?

i dont know the open sesame of listening
but i'm sure you can manage it by practising listening and dictation again and again
