who is harder

Yesterday our colleague had a party.we are veay happy,suddenly two colleagues debated.Well they are a woman and a men,The man said that the men is harder then women,and the woman said that the women are as hard as the men.at last,there is no result.so how do you think about it? who is harder do you think?
