    If I was on the spot,I think I would try to rescue the dog,you know,it won't threaten my life and I am good at swimming.besides,I love dog.

    I agree, this man is so great, and the great irony is that  he was tearing off pants, but other people were watching all this~~

    you have a noble heart too, I was greatly embarrassed ~~in that case I was likely to be a spectator,it was not because i can not swim, but I do not have a courage to do that~~

I admire that guy. Because everyone just watched it or even took photoes, but only he jumped into the water and saved the dog. I really appreciate his behavior.
