The secret to keep vitality in our life
i think the physical trainning is very improtant in our life. The exercise is help to promote the body metabolism , it is very improtant to our health,and we will feel the body is full of the vitality when we start work next day.Today i come back to the baskeball court ,distance i last play basketball has two months.During the two months,i am busy with finding the job,just after i run in the court for a few minutes ,i feel very tired.SO i think we need more physical exercises in our life ,no matter how busy every day. yes!you can say that again!:qq49] Yeah,no matter how busy we are,we should keep on doing sports.The best way to keep fit is to go in for sports.
