<p>Sandra goes to the check-in counter, checks in her luggage, and gets details on boarding time, flight time, etc. Have you ever traveled by plane before? Do you know what
happens at the airport?</p>
<p> At the airline counter:</p>
<p> Agent:May I see your ticket and passport, please?</p>
<p> Sandra:Sure! Here they are. Could I have an aisle seat, please?</p>
<p> Agent:I’ll let you know in a minute. (works with the computer) No problem. I can give you an aisle seat in the center row. Do you have any other luggage?</p>
<p> Sandra:Just this carry on.swheresdo I board the plane?</p>
<p> Agent:At Gate 15. Boarding time is 10:15. Here’s your ticket, passport, and boarding pass.</p>
<p> Sandra:Thanks. Are we scheduled to leave on time?</p>
<p> Agent:Yes, everything is running on time. Have a good trip.</p>
<p> Boarding the plane:</p>
<p> Sandra:(to the flight attendant) Here’s my ticket and seat assignment.</p>
<p> Attendant:Thank you. That way, please. (indicates the correct aisle)</p>
<p> Sandra:May I have a pillow and blanket, and headphones for the in-flight movie?</p>
<p> Attendant:An attendant will pass them around after we take off.</p>
<p> Sandra:OK.<br>
