How do I control my jealousy???

I think jealousy is ruining my relationship and I don't know how to control it.  What can I do to stop feeling this way?

Try to make friends with others.
Work,study,playing etc.

jealousy is really a bad thing. we must stay away from it. I think the only thing that we can do is just to do our best. don't compare yourself with others. it's uselss

Take it easy. Human has kinds of emotions that it is a normal thing. Our life is  bulit by everything, some makes us happy,some makes us frustrated...............

There is no neccery  to envy someone. if you admire sb just because you like to get  he or her carrer.as you know , only jealousy is not help for you. just go ahead you will get want you want.

First of all, don't blame yourself, I think it's normal to people, I also feel jealous to others, but that's just in my mind, and I never take it seciously, as many people said, that's useless, we still need to live our lives.
