A court in Germany has ordered the release of 91-year-old John Demjanjuk, despite finding him guilty of helping to murder more than 28,000 Jews in Nazi-occupied Poland.___________________________________________. The main German prosecutor Hans-Joachim Lutz said Mr Demjanjuk's personal guilt was proven.

The court in Munich sentenced him to five years in prison but issued the release order on the ground of his age, ??? and ???。后面2个单词脑袋大了也没听出来，这个口音好像和刚才听过的一段应该是来自同一段新闻。
