职场英语：recruit 和 hire 有区别吗

recruit 和 hire 都和雇佣、招募、招聘有关，但两者还是有不同之处，身在职场闯荡的职业人应该搞懂他们的具体含义，请仔细阅读下面的原版英文解释：
[font=Verdana]Recruiting involves defining the position and the ideal candidate and then communicating（传达） that recruiting message, e.g. in newpaper, so that you attract the right candidate. [/font]
[font=Verdana]The hiring process is about choosing the right candidate when they come to interview. [/font]
也就是说，两者是单位招聘过程的两个连续但又不同的阶段。Are you clear?
