Help

Well , I 'm a student , and I want to learn English well ,especially the oral English , but I just don't know how to express my ideas , It's really uncomfortable and embrassed when I was talking to others , so ,I'm just looking for a friend who can help me improve my spoken English ,Maybe you can help me !:handshake Thank you!:)
