学美语最怕的是单词，而单词中最值得害怕的应属单音节的动词了，因为这种字通常都不只具备一种意思，时常在后面还要接一些介词，非常容易混淆。学这种词呢最好是与其他一些词一起记，像本句就要把take my word一次性记下来，不要只背take这个单词。[/p][p=30, 2, left]对话一：
A:Are you sure you heard right?
（你确定你听说的是正确的吗？）[/p][p=30, 2, left]B:Yes,he is running for class president.
（是的，他要竞选班代表。）
A：I don't believe you.
（我才不信你呢。）
B：Take my word for it.
(相信我，准没错的。）
A:Okay,but you'd better be right.
（好吧，不过最好你不要弄错了。）
B:I am.You'll see.
（我当然不会弄错，你等着看吧。）[/p][p=30, 2, left]对话二：
A:How hard was this test?
（这次考试难不难呀？）
B:You'll do fine on it.
(你会考得很好的。）
A:How did you know?
(你怎么知道？）
B:Just take my word for it.

if somebody say " take my word for it " to me . I would reply that "What makes you say that? " or  "who do you think you are? " what KungFu Panda has said . :qq70]
