I have to regest another name

i want to ask questions for several times ,but i have no right to do it.why?

I think u can check my record,i think i never done something wrong.long time ago i left  a message in"请你留言"，since u established chat room,i  have no  right to share something with others.sometimes i can't explore others items,as you instruction to me ,how can i gain scores
