Engagement is the state of emotional and intellectual commitment to an organization or group.  It is the extent to which an employer has captured the ‘hearts & minds’ of its people.  Engaged employees are those who are passionate about what they do.

  雇佣就是情感精力上对一个特定组织或集团投入的一种状态。它取决于雇主在多大程度上能抓住雇员的心和情感。而忠实的雇员能对他们所从事的工作充满热情。

一份劳动合约，就是一个机构或一个集团从精神到物质作出的一个承诺。这份合约就是一个老板能够让他手下信任的满意度，如此他的员工才能充满激情的为此去工作。
