Sadly, I might have to cut out chocolate before bed too. According to The New York Times, a bar of [b]dark chocolate[/b][b](黑巧克力)[/b]can have the same amount of caffeine as a cup of instant tea -- about 30 [b]milligrams[/b](n.毫克). That's not all -- dark chocolate also has [b]theobromine[/b][b](n.[/b][b]可可碱)[/b], a known [b]stimulant[/b][b](刺激物,兴奋剂)[/b]that has been linked to sleeplessness.
The [b]silver lining[/b][b](一线希望)[/b]? This is only true of dark chocolate. White chocolate, on the other hand, has no caffeine or theobromine, but it does have a lot of sugar.
