一直以来，中药海外注册的进展并不顺利，去年以来，虽然兰州佛慈、白云山和记黄埔、同仁堂、[color=#0000ff]天士力[/color]、以岭药业等几家大企业开始积极参与欧盟传统药注册工作，仍难掩饰我国中成药在欧洲面临的严峻形势。据海关数据统计，2011年4月30日欧盟2004/24/EC指令生效后，我国中成药对欧[color=#0000ff]出口[/color]出现大幅下滑，最高降幅达50%。
中药是我们的传统文化，我们应该怎么看待它了。一起英语聊聊

I think,different culture,technical barrier,are the two most significant reasons,chinese medicine wants to enter foreign  markets,especially the west,chinese  enterprises need to do a lot things.technical barrier can be solved through negotiation,but to alter the traditional habit is very difficult and slow.
