B:I’m a good team player,I like working with all types of people.

B:Yes,I’ve worked in a department store for 2 years.

B:I’d rather work in the business department if I can choose.
胜任职位 be qualified for the post
A: Do you think you are qualified for the post?
B:Yes,I’m always able to develop new ideas.
This is very important for advertising business.
