Kim says it is necessary for South Korea to establish a response capability with more missiles to respond to North Korea\'s asymmetric threats, which include missiles. South Korean officials will not confirm specific figures in terms of spending and the number of missiles. Local media reports say the Defense Ministry is requesting more than $2 billion over the next five years for missile development. Steve Herman, VOA News, Seoul.韩国国防部发言人金硕民表示,此举为韩国提升其自身军事实力计划的一部分.他同时表示韩国目前有必要增加其导弹数量,以建立相关应急机制来应对来自朝鲜方面包括导弹在内的不对称的军事威胁.但韩国官方不会公布扩充导弹的具体开支以及导弹的具体数量.据韩国媒体报道，韩国国防部已提出20亿美元的预算申请,用于在接下来五年内扩充导弹数量。VOA新闻记者Steve Herman首尔报道。

   不需要回复就可以看见音频，回复可见文本。可能是android缺少某个插件吧。
