剩女的英语怎么说

【剩女】Left woman? 不对，那个是中国人好玩翻译过来的。正确的翻译："Spinster"。字典的意思：a woman still unmarried beyond the usual age of marrying。口语也是这么说的：She's a 35 year old spinster 她是个35岁的剩女。Are you a spinster 是个剩女吗？I'm a spinster

其他表达方法：
1、3S(single, seventies, stuck) women:但现在80s也多了2、on the shelf嫁不出的3、"leftover" women:中式直译，贬义，常带引号并需更多英文解释如：women "past their prime" who are still single4、unattached female 30-somethings或unwanted single women
