怎样克服思维方式？

怎样克服思维方式，再听英语的时候不去想翻译成中文，每次一听英语翻译成中文就只能听到一句，后面的没等听到都结束了！求助大家，希望可以短期内克服英文听力的障碍！小女子在此先行谢过！~
