new comer

hello everyone  i'm a new comer,first i should introduce myself.i'm a college student,chengdu is my hometown.
i like this foreign language but i can't make a determination to learn it.So my english is very disappionting,
i was eager to continue studying english,on the other hand i was afraid to speak and write.
So i hope i can make a progress with your help!
