·although/though 尽管……
Although they are poor, they are happy.
尽管他们穷，但却很快乐。
·even if/even though 即使……
The paper wouldn't stick even though I used the glue.
我涂了胶水，可这纸还是粘不上。
·anyway 无论如何……
I don't know it was lost or stolen; anyway, it's gone.
我不知道它是丢了还是被偷了，不管怎么说，它没了。
