和外教说口语时会紧张怎么办

最近常常和外教练习口语，但是平时背的时候感觉不错，怎么一和老外说话就紧张，然后说的不流利，如何解决这个问题，大家帮忙呀

与老外打交道刚开始紧张难免，就像当初我们第一次走上讲台的时候，都不敢大声说话一样

渐渐的，与其交流的次数多了，就好了。  

建议如下：1、confidence in yourself
               2、talk with them often
