English is so important

just o moment ago, i asked my friend how about his secong interview? i know him very much he did a very high scores 377 in the graduate exeamination.to my surprise,he was failed because his english.i feel so sorry,so english is really important.
    therefore i want to learn it especially writing and speaking.
