Dr. Paul Wright told the BBC that the Jamaican athletes, including the former world record holder Asafa Powell knew they were likely to be checked as their samples were taken during competition. He said that restoring confidence in Jamaica's track and field program depended on a radical shakeup of what he called the sports woeful testing regime.
