中国可能向私营企业开放宽带接入市场

The Ministry is [url=http://dict.qsbdc.com/soliciting][b]soliciting[/b][/url] public opinions until December 16, 2014.[/size][/font]

[font=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma][size=14px]A statement accompanying the proposal says that the move aims to [url=http://dict.qsbdc.com/stimulate][b]stimulate[/b][/url] healthy competition within the market and improve services.[/size][/font]

[font=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma][size=14px]Sixteen Chinese cities, including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Chongqing, have been selected to take part in a 3-year test program. Private companies, when their applications are approved, could either directly construct broadband [url=http://dict.qsbdc.com/infrastructure][b]infrastructure[/b][/url], or rent resources to operate as service providers.[/size][/font]

[font=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma][size=14px]Currently, China's broadband market is dominated by three state-owned telecoms operators - China Unicom, China Telecom, and China Mobile.[/size][/font]
