假设你想要养成一种新习惯,不管是做更多的锻炼,吃更健康的食品或是每天写一篇博客文章,需要多久才不再用费劲的自我控制(而自动执行)?
到底多长时间可以养成一个习惯?或者你也可以说一下你养成了一个什么样的习惯?花费了多长时间?比如说:学习英语?!~~ 每天登录听力论坛?!~~

Different ppl take different lead time to build up the habit 21 days It depends on yourself. it depends!everybody is different! I think it's depend on the type of the habits,good habits will come diffcult,but bad habits, soon. maybe different people have different opinions on this problem
but to me, i think maybe 2 weeks is enough to form a new habit. i like to climb my university mountain at weekend. and sometimes, i wanna just to be lonely walking on the way by myself.both of them are my habit.hehe:lol Maybe some weeks~ I think it's really difficult~~mainly weather we can stick to it or not ,believeing yourself is the most important ~~remind yourself to do at least two things everyday which you don't like~~come on i am working in......
