[p=25, 2, left]1. Do you usually go to gyms? Why?[/p][p=25, 2, left]你经常去健身房吗,为什么?[/p][p=25, 2, left]Yes, I do. I go to the gym every few days. You know,health is becoming more and more important. It is very hard to imagine how someone can survive without health! You know,health has already become the priority number one when it comes to almost everything and we are certainly going nowhere without it! Health has already become one of the very few things that can't be measured in terms of money. And certainly, going to gyms frequently is obviously a good way of keeping healthy.[/p][p=25, 2, left]嗯,是的。我每隔几天都会去的。大家都知道,身体健康已经变得越来越重要了。真的十分难以想象没有健康大家要怎么生存下去。无论谈及任何事情,健康已经成为人们首要考虑的因素,而且没有健康我们哪也去不了!健康已经成为不能用金钱衡量的为数不多的东西之一了。当然,经常去健身房显然是一种保持健康的合适方式。[/p]
[p=25, 2, left]2. Do Chinese do lots of exercise?[/p][p=25, 2, left]中国人经常锻炼吗?[/p][p=25, 2, left]Yes, generally speaking,we Chinese do lots of exercise. Fitness, for the last several decades, had been used as a buzzword. Going to the gym to work out is frequently taken as one of the top New Year's resolutions,especially to young people. But it really depends. Depends on age and sex. Can you imagine a ninety-year-old lady going to the gym to build up nice figure and can you imagine a three-year-old little kid going to the gym to get in shape?[/p][p=25, 2, left]是的,一般来说,我们中国人经常锻炼。健康,在最近几十年中,已经被当作一个流行话语在用了。尤其是对一些年轻人来说,去健身房锻炼已经普遍成为度过新年的首要方式了。但是,这也要看情况。这主要取决于年龄和性别。你怎么能想象一个九十岁的老妇人去健身房塑造一个良好的形体,以及一个三岁小孩去健身房去塑形呢?[/p]

What do you think of losing weight?[/p][p=25, 2, left]你怎么看减肥的?[/p][p=25, 2, left]This is being talked about like a buzzword among people,especially to those ladies who are dying to become more eye-catching and attention-grabbing. I think it is a good thing, but don't ever overdo it. It is like there is always a fine line, don't ever cross it. And I suppose being on crash diet of only tap water would be the very last thing that everybody wants to do and it will totally ruin your health.[/p][p=25, 2, left]这在很多人中间已经成了一个时髦的词了,尤其是对那些如饥似渴地想变得吸引人眼球的女士来说。我认为这挺好的,但是不要做得太过火了。就像有一条适度的线,千万不要越过它了。因为我觉得疯狂的只喝自来水的减肥,是每个人都不愿意做的,这样也会毁了你的健康的。[/p]

Why?[/p][p=25, 2, left]你认为谁更想减肥,女人还是男人呢,为什么?[/p][p=25, 2, left]In China, women are definitely the demographic who are more likely to lose weight. It is one of the things that women like to do. They are always popping ingo beauty parlors, consulting, plastic surgeries and losing weight, like liposuction, massage and acupuncture: they might as well rush into a pharmacy to grab the weight-reducing medicine. Even if they go to sports center to exercise, they are more likely to be doing aerobics, yoga to bum fat: but it would turn out to become totally another picture when it comes to men. They don't think losing weight would ever become an issue for them.[/p][p=25, 2, left]在中国,从统计数字上来看,女人显然更想要减肥。这是一个女人专属的领域。她们总是爆炸性地出现在一些漂亮的大厅里,咨询、做外科整形手术、减肥如抽脂术,按摩和针灸;她们也有跑去药房去买一些减肥药品。甚至如果她们去健身房的话,她们更可能做一些有氧运动、瑜伽,来燃烧脂肪;但是这要对于男人的话,就是一种完全不同的想法了。他们认为减肥可能永远不会成为一件他们的事情。[/p]

Are there any good ways to lose weight?[/p][p=25, 2, left]有没有合适的减肥方式?[/p][p=25, 2, left]Mentioning how to lose weight,I think the first and most effective way that jumps into my mind is doing a regular exercise. Another good way I can think of is being on diet, but definitely not crash diet. It would be really pathetic for someone to be on crash diet of only tap water just for losing weight! And eating weight-lost medicine would be even more miserable thing to do![/p][p=25, 2, left]提到减肥,首先出现在我脑海中也是最有效的减肥方式就是经常性的锻炼。另外一种就是节制饮食,但是显然不是完全地节食。一个只靠喝白开水来减肥的人真是够可怜的!吃减肥药,那更是一件痛苦的事情了![/p]
[p=25, 2, left]6. Do you like going to the gym to get in shape?[/p][p=25, 2, left]你喜欢去健身房塑造形体吗?[/p][p=25, 2, left]Yes, I am crazy about it. You know, I can always get totally relaxed and refreshed every time I go to the gym to work out. And going to the gym can help me to shape my body. And the most important thing is going to the gym regularly for exercise to keep me healthy.[/p][p=25, 2, left]恩,我相当喜欢。当我每次去健身房锻炼的时候,我通常都变得十分放松并且精神振作起来。去健身房当然可以有助于我形成良好的身形。最重要的是,定期去健身房可以使我变得健康。[/p]
