[tr][td]What are your greatest strengths？这是求职面试中常见的问题。为什么面试官要这么问呢？因为面试官想要知道一旦他雇用你，你的优点能不能为公司带来利益。优点包括你的工作技能、具有的各类证书和实际经验。
HR想要听的优点不见得是你最凸出的优点，而是和你应聘的工作相关的优点，从中找出雇用你的理由，同时可以知道你对自己的了解程度，看看你对自己有没有信心，以及你到底适不适合这份工作。因此，你要精确地描述，不可泛泛地说一些无意义的话，例如，适应力强、具有幽默感、合群等等。
