你会主动向老板提出加薪吗？你是工作多久后提出的？提出的理由是什么？老板有没有按照你的要求而加薪？
Do you feel that your salary is out of step with the contribution? Do you think you should be offered a higher salary?
Will you ask the boss for a raise? After how long a time did you ask for it? And what reasons did you present? Have the boss given you a raise accordingly?

In the fact,I don't think my salary is out of my step with the contribution,because during my work time, I spent less time to work but more time to read something I like.
Although my salary is not out of my step, I often fall a sad mood. I want to improve and study more from my work, So, I had asked for another work from my Boss and he has approved. Now I am so happy. I will try my best to work and belive tomorrow will better. yes, i did .
I talked that with my boss by kidding ,but i got the salary increased finally .
I did hard work and made everything go smoothly ,so boss know that clearly .
But about these 2 years ,i didn't get promote again bcs i am a mom now and didn't paid my full attention to my job as before .
