    But imagine,if a mental disorder man who just killed a person is running down the street in which you are passing by,wouldn't it be very horrible?What if he hurts you or kills another man again?

    My dear friends,what's your attitude towards these people suffering from mental illness who don't need to bear criminal responsiblity?

I feel sorry for their sufferings. They are poor but they indeed need to be monitored by other people such as their families or doctors in case they making some troubles. I hope they can be cured through our care.
