yes, there is a lot factories that making clothing in wenzhou . some  have their brand, e.g. Semir  for young people (森马服饰），BALABALA (巴拉巴拉） for kids. it belonging to Semir Group. I think they do not retail. some of them are selling abroad. some have their exclusive shop  or just sell to the wholesales. I have no pay attention to this, Sorry.
