I heard many people speak chinglish which make the listners confused. So do you have any good idea to improve your pronunciation?

Chinglish is  we express in English but in our mind we are thinking in Chinese way. It's different from Pronunciation.
About Pronunciation, how to improve it?It's very simple.Practice more,listen more,and when I communicate with others I will let others correct my fault.
About Chinglish,you must to change your thinking way.
