The latest projected results from Tuesday's election at Mr. Obama, a Democrat, winning 303 electoral votes and Mr. Romney with 206 votes. Mr. Obama is ahead in the one uncertain state, and that is Florida. While a few congressional seats change hands in U.S. elections, the power balance between the Senate and the House of Representatives remains largely the same. In the Senate, Democrats will have at least 51 seats.
