You work for a company which is going to buy a set of equipment from China. You are asked to translate a lot of specifications and instructions within four months, which is impossible. Therefor you decide to advertise for two experienced translators as soon as possible.

Dear Mr. Max Remington ,
    Thank you for your assistant.
    Our department need two translaters. Just because we need buy a equipment from china. There are lots of documents must be interpreted. Another reason is there are lots of special words. So could you help us to ad. to engage those two professional translaters, best knew knowledge about the equipment.

As  we wll import a set of equipment from China,i hve to translate allof the specifications  and instructions with four months.It is impossible to  finish with so short time myself.So i insist to employ
two experienced translators.And as we have to get the tool within such short time,we should advertise as soon as possible.
