女上司容易情绪化，对人要求苛刻，精于背后暗箭伤人，还把个人生活带到工作中来。
接近1/3受调查者声称女上司是自己离职的原因。

When talking about female bosses, many people associate them with sharp tongued,hormonal,tough and demanding,and so on.Sometimes,they almost drive you crazy.Have you ever tried to understand them?Part of them ignore their family when struggling for power.

I am sorry to hear about it .
I wish female bosses would come on to do better.And others are suposed to try to understand them and  efface prejudices .

i think most people think so,but we should try to think why it is .maybe felmales have more stess that unbearable than males.they must combine family and work ,and felmale bosses have no choice but to do better than some males,just beacuse she is the boss .

I have a female boss.But she is not a nightmare for me .We can get along with her smoothly.
She is a brave  female.Even through she is not  bearable as a male.I want a male boss

Though I haven't worked,without mentioning the female boss,I think it may be true.In many novels,it describes female boss is not easy to get along with.So I hope my boss isn't female.
