Job Description:

Now Software, Inc., a leader in cross-platform software, is seeking diligent, technology-savvy sales professionals to maintain and grow our customer base. Product training will be provided. Our inside sales people work over the phone, selling to businesses, education, and consumers.

Job Purpose: Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.

Duties:
* Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers. (Must have solid closing skills)

* Presents products and services by providing explanations, demonstrations, and literature; asking for the sale; writing proposals; responding to requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs).

* Builds and expands accounts by maintaining rapport; answering requests; introducing new products and services, and upgrades; studying account needs; coordinating with customer service.

* Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

* Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

* Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

Skills/Qualifications: Motivation for Sales, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Selling to Customer Needs.

Successful candidate must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
