    Try to listen to some foreigners and then try to speak out what you heard,and you will be more confident in a few months.

you can download sth, that tells you the phonetics

More reading and more listening; in reading, you can read aloud in the morning around 0.5 hour to keep good feeling for english pronunciation; and in listening, you can watch American movies, one movie a day, you can say goodbye to teachers( that is my experience, haha), hoping they work on you, too.........
