如今有这样的现象出现,现在的许多白领因为工作强度大,而没有足够的睡眠。每到周末,他们就坚决拔掉电话线,关掉手机,然后进行连续20个小时以上的深度睡眠。一方面弥补本周的睡眠,另一方面也为下周“上夜班”作好精力上的准备。因此他们被称作“睡眠骆驼”。
There is a phenomenon that many white-collar workers today don't have enough sleep because of their busy work.Every weekend,the telephone wires are firmly torn out,the phone is also firmly off,then comes their deep more-than-20-hour sleep. In this way,they try to recover the sleep account,and prepare for the 'Eveningshift' of next week.So they're called camels.
