Imagine that , you have worked in a small restaurant ,you didn't sign any documents,but one day ,account of many reasons,such as you were busy on other things and your moblie phone was broken and owing,the boss refuse to pay for you just becouse of  your having not told  him you couldn't come that day ,how willl you do ?

if the boss refuse to pay me  the wage of that day  ,i can say noting ,after all ,it's my fault.
or ,i will  protect my rights and benefits with the law
