    随着社会和科技的发展，找工作的竞争越来越激烈了。

    With the development of the technology and the society, competition for finding a job is more and more severe.

    为了找一份令人满意的工作，我们必须得具备一些才能，能够为公司带去利益。毫无疑问，公司倾向于雇佣有能力的人或者很勤奋的人。因此，对于我们普通人，我们得不遗余力充实我们的知识，努力付出所有来收获一份满意的工作。但是，有很多幸运儿，他们没有特殊的才能，也不是特别勤奋。他们只是遇到了那样的机会或者是出生在富裕的家庭。他们不费吹灰之力便得到一份非常好的工作但是其他人竭尽全力却只是得到一份平平的工作。

    In order to find a satisfying job, we must have same talents that can benefit the company. There is no doubt that the company prefer to employ the capable man or the hard-working ones.Therefore, for common people, we have to spare no effort to enrich our knowledge as well as pay much enough to gain a satisfying job. However, there are so many lucky guys. They have no special abilities, neither do they try hard work. They just meet the chance or they are born in wealthy families. They can save so much energy to get a wonderful job while the others try their best to gain a common one.

    那么，亲爱的朋友，哪一个因素对找工作的人们来说更重要呢？是能力还是机会呢？

    So,my dear friends, which one is more important to a job seeker? The ability or the chance?

en I still consider the talents as the most important thing , cause the opportunity always meet the one who has already prepared for it.
