Can the posts be fixted by the date? Can, date, fixted, posts

As we know, the post will be updated as the top one once somebody give the comments anytime. It will break the frequncey of the posts by date and we can not find the new post daily! It will cause some problems for us to take so much time to find them everyday.

Can we fix them by date even someone update them?
