      在一个人生活当中，他可能对自己的朋友了如指掌，不管是他们的性格，习惯，喜好，还是优缺点。但是至于他自己，可能就不像朋友那么了解自己，或者就不像自己了那样了解朋友。

      In one's life,he may know well about his friends,no matter their charactors,habits,preference,strong points or weaknesses.But as to himself,he may not know so well as his friends do or as well as he knows about his friends.

      亲爱的朋友，你有多了解自己？你知道自己的缺点是什么吗？

     My dear friends,how much do you know about yourself?Do you know about your own drawbacks or shortcomings?

i know what's my shortcoming.

and i try so hard as to enhance the good one, this is my way to deal with my drawback

i think it's a easy thing for us to know about our shortcomings but really difficult to correct them.
