John:OK. See you then. (John steps out of the car as a hotel porter arrives)
Porter:Good afternoon, sir. May I take your bags?
John:Yes, thanks (he enters the hotel and goes to the front desk)
Receptionist:Good afternoon. Do you have a reservation?
John:Yes, it’s under Li. I’d prefer a smoking room, please.
Receptionist:Yes, sir. (checks the computer). Your expenses will be paid by your company. Please sign here.
John:Right. Is room service available?
Receptionist:Yes, sir. The menu is in your room. Here is your key. I’ll have the porter bring your bags up.
John:Good. By the way, when is check-out time?
Receptionist:11:00 A.M.
