We all have that embarrassed experience that we can read and understand english more than we speak and write english after many years of studying. But how to improve our listening and writing?
We know, people can use their native language well. Why? Because they live inside of it. Everything arround them has something to do with their native language. Now can you realize the importance of environment? Accually, once we have this kind of environment, we can do it well.
First, you should have an impulse to improve it, and the mental prepairation of a long term's hard work in studying. That is the motivation of your action.
Second, you should have a way of using english at any time. This is the most important. You can do it associating with anything. For example, if you like movie, watch english movie only. If you like TV, see english channel or english program only. If you like reading, read english book or essay. If you like singing,  sing english songs only. There must be something you can do for your hobby as well as you can practice english at the same time. You can set up your mobile phone and your MP4 and your computer's language as English. You can speak english to yourself at anytime. And it's better that you can talk to others. You can write your blog or mail in english. Even when you chat with your friends online, you can also use english, no matter they use english or not. Anyway, you should try your best to do everything in english. Once you can do that, you can quickly get the language sence and make a great progress.
Third,  practice again and again till you can understand it.
Believe in " Practice makes perfect". You can do it!
