中国的婚姻法原本规定，夫妻两人结婚，财产就是共有了。然而刚刚出台的婚姻法最新修订则规定，不论婚前、婚后，以个人名义购置房产，离婚后都归个人所有。因此，新的婚姻法修订刚一出台，就引发了广泛的热议，有褒有貶。

i think it should be belongs to the couples.
in our local traditional,boy's family pay for the down payment of the house,and the girl's family pay for the decoration,electrical equipment,house furnishings and so on.
it is unfair to the girl.

Different situations different treatment.
If the women aim to the house or money,i think she should gain nothing,many of the family buy house though their parents,especially the man's family.
But if the man's fault,the woman will gain compensation.

i think the point of marriage is lie in making happy to each other not house,car or money.
