   whatever service you offer, see if you can trade it with your suppliers in exchange for their services.

if I can benefit from you for what I have done for you in the end, I will do.

for instance:

1,they stay in touch with each other by sending emails.
   他们通过发送电子保持联系。
2,I plan to enjoy the great outdoors and stay in touch with my friends and supporters.
   我计划享受美好的户外运动，并和我的朋友及支持者保持联系。

practice:
