baghdad , dec. 8 ( xinhua wang hongbin zhang ning ) visit to iraq , the league of arab states (las) secretary - general , said the iraqi government agreed to participate in the solution for syria crisis , will send a delegation to go to the syrian mediation , to persuade syria to accept the agreement proposed by the arab league .  
arabi arrived in baghdad on the same day at noon , held talks with iraqi foreign minister hoshyar zebari . subsequently held a joint news conference , arabi said: the iraqi government agreed to a dialogue with syria to seek a solution to the crisis .  the
arabi said that iraq has decided to send a delegation to syria negotiations , try to convince the syrian government to accept the arab league to send the agreement of the observer mission to the syrian domestic crisis . he said :  
zebari said at a news conference : we believe that the signing of the agreement of syria , is a real opportunity to prevent foreign interference .
