我听出了West但是不敢写，因为根本不通嘛，求高人赐教？

我觉得west在这是个副词，向西走一个街区的意思吧。第二个是turnstile？

she walks out of the buliding
she walks one block west
she arrives the subway station
she walks downstairs
she goes through the tirm style
she walks dowm some more stairs
she waits on the platform for her train.
