(Reuters) - Goog Inc is in talks to acquire airline IT and services provider ITA Software Inc, Bloomberg reported citing three people familiar with the matter.

据彭博新闻社报导：援引3名知情人士的话，目前Goog公司正商谈收购航空信息技术及服务器制造商ITA软件公司。

Cambridge, Massachusetts-based ITA Software may seek about $1 billion, two of the people told the news agency, adding that the talks may not lead to a transaction.
