President Obama says the United States is making a major long term commitment in Africa with 33 billion dollars in new investment. Speaking Tuesday at the US-Africa business forum in Washington, Mr. Obama said the new investment and financing commitment would support both African and American jobs. A bulk of commitments will come from private sector companies like Coke Cola and IBM.
